York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Lamps & Ballasts: Supply, Delivery, Removal & Disposal/Recycle. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Lamps & Ballasts: Supply, Delivery, Removal & Disposal/Recycle on an as-required basis. The Board spends approximately $145,000 annually for this service. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 233 locations in the York Region District School Board. Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the RFP document.
