York Region District School Board (YRDSB) is seeking pricing for the supply and delivery of Hard Hats. 

 Provide pricing and availability for an initial order of approximately 1,100 Type II Hard Hats, required
immediately (See Appendix A for full requirements)
• Type II Hard hats – prefer colour white, but open to other colours if same price point
• Type II Hard hats – pricing with 2 colour board logo and pricing without board logo
• Detail the minimum quantity required for additional Hard Hat orders, including the tiered price-per-unit for
those minimum quantities
• Provide the pricing schedule for a two-year term
• Type II hard hats will be lined on the inside with a thick high density foam and suspension
• Type II hard hats must adhere to ANSI/ISEA standards and contain a label of certification

Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
