The York Region District School Board (YRDSB or the Board) is seeking Proposals for the supply and delivery of Graduation Apparel on an as required basis.  The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for these products on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.

The Board spends approximately $130,000 per year on this product category.  This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. 

There are 33 Secondary Schools and Dr. Bette Stephenson Learning Centre throughout the York Region District School Board that would require the supplies.

There could be occasions that the elementary schools would use own discretion to request the supplies.

Proponents are hereby invited to propose the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
