York Region District School Board (YRDSB) is seeking pricing for the provision of return transportation via Bus for elementary students from various schools to four (4) Outdoor Education Centres (OEC’s). · Burrlington Outdoor Education Centre (BORC) · Vivian Outdoor Education Centre (VORC) · Milne Outdoor Education Centre · Swan Lake Outdoor Education Centre February to April excluding Board holidays, Diamond Days, PA Days The successful Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract effective from date of award until June 30, 2022. The Board reserves the right at its sole discretion to exercise an option to extend the contract for three (3) additional twelve month periods, provided that prior written notice of at least ninety (90) days is given to the Operator by the Board. The terms and conditions for each contract extension year would remain the same as for the initial contract period.
