York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Flameproof Testing and Treatment of Draperies. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor for Flameproof Testing and Treatment of Draperies on an as-required basis and a 5-year reoccurring re-treatment of draperies for elementary schools. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The board has approximately 197 schools with draperies. Proponents are hereby invited to propose the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish Flameproof Testing and Treatment of Draperies requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document. |
