York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Agenda Planners. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor for Agenda Planners on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board spends approximately $100,000 per year for Agenda Planners. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 233 locations in the York Region District School Board. Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document. |
