York Region District School Board (YRDSB) and York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) are seeking Proposals for Water Treatment Chemicals and Inspection of Equipment. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Water Treatment Chemicals and Inspection of Equipment on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Boards to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Boards spend approximately three hundred thousand dollars $300,000 per year for Water Treatment Chemicals and Inspection of Equipment. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract.
