York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Playground Safety Inspections at approximately 90 school locations. See Appendix A for Playground Location List. The Board's annual spend is approximately $35,000 for Playground Safety Inspections. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. This request for proposal is for inspections only. Playground repairs will not be completed by the Vendor performing inspections. Repairs will be completed by the original equipment manufacturer or a designate authorized by the Board.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time.
