York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Fire Alarm Services, Repairs and Inspections. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Fire Alarm Services, Repairs and Inspections on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board spends approximately $250,000 per year for Fire Alarm Service Repairs and Inspections. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. NOTE: A MANDATORY virtual meeting will be held for this RFP to help familiarize Proponents with the Facilities and service required. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System. Late Bids shall not be accepted by the Bidding System.
