The York Region District School Board (YRDSB)
and the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) are seeking bid submissions
for Main Panel Switch Gear Annual Service to approximately 312 locations
throughout York Region . MANDATORY SITE VISITS: There are two Mandatory Site Visits for this RFP. Proponents who do not attend these site visits will be disqualified. Date: November 15, 2017 Time: 10:00am Locations: First School - Sir William Mullock Secondary School, located at
705 Columbus Way,
Newmarket, ON L3X 2M7. Please
meet in the main office. Second School visit will follow after completion of the first at St. John Chrysostom CHS, located at 800 Joe
Persechini Drive, Newmarket ON L3X 2S6. Please meet in the main office. ELECTRONIC BID
SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than
the closing date and time. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System.
