This Request for Pre-qualification process is intended to solicit responses from CCTV Contractors interested in working on projects with York Region District School Board (YRDSB). Projects may be CCTV Installations and Repairs on an as-required basis. The Board spends approximately $750,000 per year for CCTV Installations and Repairs. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 233 locations in the York Region District School Board Note: Contractors who have been previously prequalified or who are currently performing work for the Board must respond to this request. Contractors who do not participate in this prequalification process and who are not subsequently approved will be excluded from bid opportunities during the term of this prequalification.
Please note there is a Mandatory Virtual Meeting, on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time through Microsoft Teams. The proponent intending to bid on this prequalification must attend this meeting. Proponents MUST REGISTER on the bidding system prior to the meeting by May 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time in order to attend the MANDATORY virtual meeting.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System. Late Bids shall not be accepted by the Bidding System.
