York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of commercially available Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) Solutions (“Solution”) and Related Services (“Services”). 

The Proponents must be able to meet the following Mandatory Requirements to qualify submit a proposal for the RFP:

1. If the solution is cloud-based YRDSB data must reside within Canada. 
2. Whether cloud-based, on-premises or a hybrid there must be no back-door access into the system.  The YRDSB must be able to manage and approve all accesses. 
3. Proposed solution must be capable of multi factor authentication for all access include the vendor. 
4. Proposed solution must support secured data encryption both in transit and at rest.
