Description:  This Request for Supplier Pre-Qualification process is intended to solicit responses from Contractors interested in projects with York Region District School Board (YRDSB) who supply General Contracting Services.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time.

All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System. 

Late Bids shall not be accepted by the Bidding System.

To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this bid, or If a Bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create a Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity at https://yrdsb.bidsandtenders.ca

Note:  Contractors who have been previously pre-qualified or who are currently performing work for the Board must also respond to this requestContractors that do not participate in this pre-qualification process and who are not subsequently approved will be excluded from bid opportunities during the term of this pre-qualification.

Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
