York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Gymnasium and Outdoor Equipment  – Annual Inspection, Service and Repairs for All Locations. The objective of this proposal is to establish a relationship with a Contractor or Contractors for the above-noted RFP. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.

The Board spends approximately $180,000 per year for services required.  This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. 

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time.
 

All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System. 

Late Bids shall not be accepted by the Bidding System.
