The York Region District School Board (YRDSB or the Board) is looking to establish a Pre-qualified list of Vendors for supplying promotional items. The intent of the Pre-qualification is to offer the Board a variety of high-quality products and pricing options when purchasing items in these categories. 

The successful applicants will be entering into a Pre-qualification term from the date of award to December 31, 2027.  This Pre-qualification will ensure that successful applicants will receive Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) for the term of pre-qualification.

Please be informed that mere Pre-qualification will not impose any obligation on York Region District School Board to actually call upon any Pre-qualified Vendor to quote or supply the relevant products. The Board has no obligations in notifying or inviting any vendors to participate in the pre-qualification opportunity.

The successful Pre-qualified Vendors will be communicated in the internal catalogue portal and will be notified through Bids and Tenders.

Right to Contract for Identical or Similar Products and/or Services

By entering into a Contract, the Board shall not limit its right to contract with others for similar or identical product and/or services if deemed necessary.

Note:  This will be a closed Pre-qualification. No new applicants will be accepted after the closing of submission.

For the purposes of this procurement process, all communications in relation to this Pre-qualification must be made through the Bidding System at Bids and Tenders.
